Exchange or Return Policy
We prioritize your satisfaction. If you're not happy with your purchase, you can request an exchange or refund within 14 days of receiving your order.
Conditions for Returns and Exchanges:
The product must be in its original state, including:
- Complete Packaging: All components and accessories must be intact.
- Proof of Purchase: A receipt or order confirmation.
- Warranty Card: If applicable.
If the product is damaged or defective, please provide an official service report describing the issue.
Exceptions:
- Returns will not be accepted if any component is missing.
- Opened or used products may still qualify for a refund if functionality is checked without causing damage.
Refund Process:
Once your return request is approved, the refund will be processed according to local regulations, usually within 7-14 business days.
The product is not accepted back if at least one of the components is missing:
- fully equipped equipment;
- a receipt proving the fact of purchase in the WoodMart online store;
- warranty card;
- an act with a description of the defect drawn up by the service department.
The money for the goods will be returned within the terms established by the current legislation
